AdBlue, SCR, DEF system OFF solutions
Эта опция позволяет отключить функцию дозирования присадки мочевины в выхлопную систему перед селективным катализатором. Достигается это за счет изменения калибровок (remapping) программы управления двигателем (engine control module ECU).
Компоненты системы Adblue, SCR, DEF:
- дозирующий блок управления (dosing control module DCU)
- датчик оксида азота (NOX)
- бак для присадки с насосом
- форсунка для подачи присадки
Для большинства типов ECU решения программного отключения AdBlue позволяют физически отключить разъемы с блока дозирования присадки DCU, SCR, насоса и датчиков NOX. Во всех случаях необходимо отключать разъем с блока управления SCR, DEF ! Примечания по конкретному типу системы управления двигателем указаны в списке поддерживаемых ECU.
